Frontal Voice is a product of Frontal Web LLC, created by Saulo Martins. It gives a business an AI receptionist for its inbound calls, and shows the business exactly what each call produced.
Inbound calls only
Frontal Voice answers calls to your business: questions, messages, appointment requests and callbacks. It doesn't make cold calls, robocalls or telemarketing campaigns.
Honest about what's real
The AI says it's an AI. A request isn't called a booking until someone confirms it. Test calls and simulations are labelled as what they are, and features that aren't ready say so.
You can check its work
Every answered call has a transcript and an outcome. When your team corrects an outcome, the correction is stored next to the original, not over it.
