What Frontal Voice connects to, and what's ready today.
Call forwarding, the phone number in your plan and appointment requests in your dashboard work today without connecting anything else. Pointing callers to your booking page, live transfers, email alerts, calendar booking, HubSpot, Slack, webhooks for automation tools and texting are built, and each opens to customers only after we've tested it with the real service.
Your existing phone number
Keep your number and your carrier. Forward your business line to your Frontal Voice number: every call, or only unanswered or after-hours calls if your carrier or phone system offers that. Your carrier still bills you for the line, and some charge for forwarded calls. Whether the caller's own number comes through depends on your carrier, and texts to your business number aren't forwarded. Moving (porting) a number to us isn't offered.
A phone number with your plan
Each plan includes its own local US number, chosen by area code where numbers are available. Callers can dial it directly, or you forward your existing line to it. It stays assigned while your account is active.
Appointment requests in your dashboard
The default: the receptionist tells the caller it's a request, not a confirmed appointment, and the request arrives in your dashboard for your team to confirm. Nothing is booked until you do.
Your existing booking page
Your receptionist points callers to your own online booking page, by its web address. A link doesn't give the AI your availability or let it book on the page for the caller.
Live transfers to your staff
Send callers who ask for a person, or who match your rules, to the staff numbers you choose; if nobody answers, the AI takes a message. The staff number must be a different phone from the line you forward to Frontal Voice.
Email alerts
Emails to your team for new leads, appointment requests and callbacks, with quiet hours that hold them overnight. An alert is shown as delivered only after the email service confirms it.
Google and Outlook calendars
Direct booking into open times within your business hours, once you connect a calendar and choose it as your appointment system. A failed booking is never reported to the caller as confirmed.
Webhooks, Zapier and Make
Signed events for leads, appointment requests, callbacks and completed calls, sent to your own systems or to an automation tool through a webhook URL.
Slack
New leads, appointment requests, callbacks and missed calls posted to a channel through an incoming webhook you create in Slack.
HubSpot
Call outcomes and appointment activity added to HubSpot after you connect your HubSpot account.
Texting
Texts to callers from a Frontal Voice number or your own Twilio number. Callers must agree first and can reply STOP.
Notate
Connecting a Notate clinic needs approval for patient information, and texting through Notate needs a partner connection Notate hasn't built yet.
Payments
Plans will be paid by card through Stripe Checkout once online sign-up opens. Until then, our team sets up plans directly.
Not yet available means it's built, but we open it to customers only after we've tested it from start to finish with the real service. Ask us if you need it. A connection that is already working on an account is never switched off by this.
